Consent to Recording: Members participating in group calls consent to being recorded for the purposes of sharing with other members.
Plus Members: Speakers during solution-focused coaching calls are required to use video and audio. All reasonable efforts will be made by Liberation Academy to remove video footage from recording prior to uploading to the platform.
Limited License: By participating, members grant Liberation Academy a non-exclusive, revocable license to display their recorded audio and video content on the platform, accessible only by paying members.
Social Media: Content containing audio and video of the host may be shared on social media platforms or in marketing materials. Any clips used for this purpose will not contain any audio or video of members without explicit permission.
Revocation and Privacy: Members may request the removal of specific recordings for privacy reasons, subject to Liberation Academy’s discretion.
Disclaimer of Liability: Members are solely responsible for content shared in sessions. Liberation Academy is not liable for any misuse or perceived misuse of member-provided content.
Nature of Services and Disclaimers

Member-Initiated Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time via the ‘Subscription’ menu on their dashboard. No refunds are available, and access will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.
Platform-Initiated Termination: Liberation Academy reserves the right to terminate any member’s account if they breach these terms. Such termination may occur without prior notice and without a refund for the remainder of the billing period.
